Mission Statement

My objective is to delivery world class service that is helpful, accurate, honest, and professional and to be efficient in delivering it to you in a timely manner so you have the information you need when you need it.  MY goal is to help you achieve YOUR goals as easily and stress-free as possible.  If I've done my job well, you will be not only be satisfied with your real estate experience with me but you will not hesitate to recommend me when friends and family need a real estate professional.  I will work diligently for every client I represent to provide the best real estate service and experience possible.

 

Sellers -   You need accurate and truthful information about local market conditions.  That's why you have asked me for professional guidance.  We will discuss your goals:  do you need to sell as soon as possible or are you willing to wait to get the price you want?  We will  look at the most recent sales of comparable properties in your neighborhood or community.  We will look at the competitive properties currenly for sale. After all, that's what buyers are also going to do too. I will make recommendations that can help you sell quickly and at the highest possible price. Then, after proper and thorough evaluation and interpretation of the market conditions you are facing, we will work together and find a realistic price for your property that will you achieve your goals.  My photos will be plentiful and attractive and will help your property attract potential buyers. Virtual Tours will provide yet more information to potential buyers and help our property stand out from the crowd. 

 

Buyers -  I work with all buyers as a Buyer's Agent.  That's important.  NC is by default a Seller Agency State (see Agency in NC ).  Unless you are working with a Buyer's Agent, your real estate agent represents the property sellers.  As a Buyer's Agent - at no cost to you,  I get my commission when and if you decide to buy-  you can feel confident that I am not only helping you  achieve your goals but that I am working for you and no one else.  I will thoroughly research the properties you are interested in and inform you of all its pros and cons, the sales history, tax value, and any other pertinent facts that you need to have in order to make an informed decision.  When you decide to make an Offer, I will provide guidance on an appropriate Offer amount depending on days on the market, and current market conditions.  I will help you negotiate all aspect of the purchase.  I will not disappear once we have a signed contract.  I will attend inspections, monitor to make sure the process is moving forward as it should be, quickly inform you of any glitches that may affect the closing date, and be there when questions or issues appear that need to be resolved.  I will continue to be your advocate.
